In the Beginning:
The firm was was originally founded in 1972 by Lawerence Aubin and Harold Russell under the name of Aubin and Russell Ltd. The company grew, and in the mid 1970s, Harold's sons Blair and Don Russell joined the firm. Then in 1988 Russell Trees was born when the Russells purchased Mr. Aubin's shares.
Russell Trees Today:
Initially focused on custom tree moving in southern Manitoba, the services and products offered have evolved and expanded greatly over the years. We've become an industry leader in the supply and installation of specimen trees. We also provide landscaping: design, installation, tree: fertilization, disease and insect control services.
Our goal is to provide top quality services and products to both the residential and commercial landscape markets, backed by our owner/operator expertise and reputation.

Blair Russell holds a degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota, and is a licensed and certified Arborist and Pesticide Applicator. Don Russell is a graduate of Guelph University with a Horticulture diploma majoring in Landscape Design. Don is a licensed and certified Arborist and Pesticide Applicator. |
